I think organic food is great, it however generally relies on inputs of manure, and oil.
I am interested in natural systems that do not need ongoing external inputs of oil or fertiliser.
I am experimenting. I have a 6 x 12 metre plot to work with. Part of the challenge is that there is a requirement to ‘work’ your allotment, I fear that the Fukuoka approach does not require enough work, and they may throw me off.
One of the motivations for this blog is to provide some evidence that I do care about my little plot, even if it does look a bit untidy.
